Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support onboarding and administrative duties from pre-hire to start date. You will partner with the People & Culture team to ensure accuracy and consistency, manage new-hire data in Workday, and coordinate IT equipment and workspace for Denver-area hires.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year HR experience, strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year in HR, including handling HR administration.
• Experience supporting HR function.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Workday preferred.
• Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end onboarding process from pre-hire to start date.
• Lead weekly New Hire Orientation.
• Process the new hire through Workday and confirm offer details.
• Coordinate IT equipment and workspace at the Denver location.
• Assist in gathering data for audit requests related to employee data.
• Adjust HR records for employee or departmental changes.
• Provide administrative support for recognition platform.
