Job summary

Midland Care Connection is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to coordinate onboarding from offer through orientation, ensuring new hires have the tools and support to start confidently. You will manage paperwork, records, and required documentation while partnering with hiring managers to ensure compliance and a smooth transition.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and a service-minded approach to create a welcoming experience for employees and sustain strong onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or employee onboarding.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on available information.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to orientation to ensure new hires have tools and support.
• Manage new hire paperwork, employee records, and required documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives and maintain accurate employee information.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and the overall experience.
