The HR Generalist will coordinate onboarding, manage new hire paperwork, and partner with managers to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. The role supports recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation, and performance management while helping maintain employment law compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in HR, administrative support, or onboarding.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and orientation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to orientation and ensure new hires have tools and support to start confidently.
• Manage new hire paperwork, employee records, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions and effective onboarding programs.
• Support recruitment processes, benefits administration, policy implementation, and employee relations.
• Assist training and performance management processes and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and maintain accurate HR records.
