Job summary

Nomi Health is seeking a Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to guide providers, TPAs, and employer groups through onboarding onto our payment and financial service platforms. You will collect, validate, and process banking, tax, and compliance documents ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services onboarding or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC and NACHA rules as applied to onboarding.
• Detail-oriented with ability to validate banking, tax and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto payment platforms.
• Validate onboarding docs (W-9s, banking letters, formation docs) per standards.
• Perform due diligence like NPI lookups and exclusion screening for providers/TPAs.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with regulatory guidelines (BSA/AML, KYC, NACHA).
• Coordinate account setups, funding, and EFT/ACH configurations.
• Resolve onboarding exceptions with stakeholders and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Engineering, and Product to resolve issues.
