Job summary

Us Tech Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for employees and contingent workers in a regulated setting. You will serve as the central point of contact across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure a compliant and efficient onboarding experience.

The role requires 3 years of onboarding operations experience, with familiarity in HRIS systems such as Fieldglass and Oracle.

Qualifications

3 years minimum in onboarding operations, HR operations, or related functions.
Experience with HRIS and onboarding technologies is preferred.
Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for employees and contingent workers.
Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and onboarding partners.
Monitor cases, track progress, and manage follow-up activities and escalations.
Support access gating, identity verification, and right-to-work processes.
Ensure onboarding documents and attestations are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain onboarding records per company standards and audit requirements.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
