[solidcore] is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, and compliance. The role reports to the Senior People Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include background checks, I-9 compliance, system access, Workday data management, and partnerships with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other teams.

Formación

• 2-3 years in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Workday experience required.
• Experience supporting moderate to high-volume hiring.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding experiences for HQ and Field employees, including background checks, I-9 compliance, systems access, and Workday data management.
• Assist with employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, transfers, and business processes.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding program improvements for HQ and Field employees.
• Assist with employment documentation management including offer letters and employment agreements.
• Partner with Sr. People Manager to support alignment and execution across initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records for compliance across regulations.
• Maintain data in Workday and external systems like Mind Body Online (MBO).
• Help maintain Workday Help Articles and SOPs for clarity across teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries via email and Workday Help Cases.
• Manage Workday transactions and support benefits enrollment in collaboration with Total Rewards.
