Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, in coordinator/generalist roles preferred.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes across onboarding, changes, promotions, leaves, and separations.
• Own New Hire Induction and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration.
• Support recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
