Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead New Employee Orientation and set the tone for the security professional experience. The role supports the Security Professional Onboarding and Development program and requires administering drug tests, I-9 processing, and ATS updates.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to drive to remote areas for orientation sessions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a professional administrative environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy setting and handle stress calmly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation daily with necessary tools.
• Proctor NEO and verify documents; administer drug tests.
• Process onboarding documents in ATS (iCIMS).
• Complete employer section of Form I-9 and update iForms.
• Advance new hires in WinTeam and enter required data.
