Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year administrative, HR, onboarding, or classroom instructor experience.
• Experience in a dynamic administrative environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, recruiting, onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire orientation across regions.
• Utilize iCIMS to process applicants and manage ATS.
• Provide HR guidance on benefits, payroll discrepancies, and policies.
• Maintain WinTeam and ABI data entry for new hires.
