Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Wade Hampton, SC to serve as the primary proctor for New Employee Orientation. The role requires driving to remote areas, coordinating NEO sessions, and managing iCIMS/WinTeam data. Starting base pay is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements include a high school diploma, administrative experience, and strong MS Office skills. Preference for a college degree in business or HR and HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment.
• Able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Effective management skills; coordinate with diverse colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office-management tech.
• Take initiative and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation daily; ensure classroom has necessary tools.
• Proctor NEO; review welcome kit, verify I-9 documents, administer drug tests.
• Initiate onboarding documents via ATS (e.g., iCIMS).
• Complete employer section of Form I-9 documents.
• Update iCIMS and ensure all required iForms are complete.
• Advance new hire in WinTeam; update fields, codes, and direct deposit.
• Ensure orientation is completed by the new hire (3 lessons and final exam).
• Enter rehires into WT and update employee information.
