This in-office, full-time role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with ATS systems like iCIMS. The position offers a starting pay of $20.16 per hour and a schedule that keeps new hires moving through the onboarding process efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professional administrative experience.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily and ensure classroom readiness.
• Proctor NEO, verify Form I-9 documents, and administer drug tests.
• Initiate onboarding documents via ATS (e.g., iCIMS) and complete employer sections of I-9.
• Update iCIMS and enter required iForms; manage WinTeam updates.
• Ensure orientation completes successfully with the final exam and rehires in WT.
