You will work from our Stevens Point Branch, engaging members through calls, emails, and text messages while maintaining a positive, professional image aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED and one to three years of similar or related experience.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional representation of the Credit Union.
• Self-motivated with openness to feedback and learning.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and deepen relationships with existing members.
• Offer additional products and services to grow member relationships.
• Review member credit reports to identify lending opportunities.
• Follow up with members by phone, email or text per their preference.
• Process credit card and line applications; handle outbound calls.
• Collaborate across departments to promote a positive member experience.
• Support the sales team in meeting growth goals.
