Responsibilities

• Meet and speak with members to uncover financial needs and provide solutions.
• Open and service deposit accounts and close accounts when required.
• Assist members with service needs and resolve account-related questions.
• Take loan applications and perform necessary analyses.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products based on member needs.
