You will provide trusted financial guidance through teller transactions, account servicing, and new account openings while helping members identify financial solutions that meet their needs.

You will combine precision and efficiency with relationship-building and a consultative approach, educate members on digital banking, and support branch operations to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a financial institution or customer-facing role preferred.
• Cash handling experience and strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of deposit accounts and digital banking services.
• Ability to educate members on digital tools and recommend products based on needs.
• Strong communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and account openings; maintain documentation.
• Open and maintain consumer, business, and specialty accounts.
