Job summary

Simplicity Credit Union in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative (MSR) to perform basic teller transactions and deliver exceptional service across all products.

As part of the front-line Service Team, you will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account changes, and online banking setup, while identifying cross-sell opportunities. This full-time role offers base pay starting at $16.50/hr, with potential up to $25.00/hr and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic teller services in person, drive-thru, night drop, and mail.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, PIN resets, and debit card issuance.
• Offer sales through service to improve members' financial lives.
• Process wire transfers, minor option changes, and savings account openings.
• Maintain accuracy in all transactions and uphold core values.
