Job summary

Jimerson Birr is seeking a Learning and Development and Process Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. The role will build JB University curricula, own onboarding, and implement technology, documentation, and processes that enable attorneys and staff to perform at their best.

You will shape ramp-up speed, consistency, and culture by designing comprehensive training programs, managing LMS 365, and coordinating vendor relationships while leading a cross‑functional development agenda within a premier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in learning and development, training program management, or organizational development within professional services.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience including content development, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and design curriculum for technical/legal and soft skills.
• Strong process orientation with standardized procedures and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer JB Training Program aligned with JB University. Manage LMS content and align with firm standards.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding content for the LMS and track new-hire progress.
• Develop and maintain training calendars and dashboards; manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate Training Tuesdays and firm-wide training events; design curricula and arrange logistics and meals.
