Job summary

Jimerson Birr, P.A. is seeking a Learning and Development and Process Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will build JB University curriculum, own onboarding for all hires, and implement the technology, documentation, and processes that enable attorneys and staff to perform at their best.

This role shapes ramp times, consistency, and firm culture. The position requires strong LMS expertise, curriculum design, and vendor management, with responsibility for training calendars and firm-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or organizational development, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Hands-on LMS administration including content development, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to design curricula for technical/legal skills and soft skills, from concept through evaluation.
• Strong process orientation with standardized procedures and accountability across a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer JB Training Program aligned with JB University.
• Oversee LMS content creation, evaluation, and certification processes.
• Lead onboarding and orientation processes, tracking new hire progress to supervisor handoff.
• Manage L&D technology platforms and dashboards (LMS365, Trainual) and vendor relationships.
• Design and host Training Tuesdays and firm-wide training events, coordinating logistics and meals.
