Job summary

RBFCU is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions focused on onboarding, systems, products and compliance. You will assess learner understanding, reinforce concepts, and maintain learner records while supporting a collaborative training environment.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work with subject matter experts, and a willingness to travel as needed. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led or virtual training.
• Ability to assess learner understanding and provide feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of RBFCU policies and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on onboarding, systems, products, services, compliance, and member service expectations.
• Assess learner understanding, reinforce key concepts, and provide feedback during the learning process.
• Maintain learner records and training resources while tracking participant progress.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and relevant.
• Travel as required.
