Job summary

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in training or learning and development.
Formal education options include a two-year college degree or equivalent certifications.
Strong organizational and editing skills; proficiency with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer training programs including New Employee Orientation and Teller Training.
Maintain training records and report on progress; monitor training results.
Collaborate with managers to update policies and procedures for accuracy.
Support special projects and ensure training aligns with the credit union’s member service philosophy.
Ensure compliance with security and AML policies and report discrepancies as needed.
