Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. We empower mid-market and enterprise customers to launch quickly, adopt Air, and realize value in their first 90 days.

The Onboarding Manager will own end-to-end onboarding, collaborating with Sales and Product to scope projects, design workspaces, migrate assets, and drive early feature adoption through hands-on training and ongoing syncs. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or customer success role at a SaaS company.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously without dropping details.
• Comfort with migrations, integrations, permissions models, and SSO basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; you can run a kickoff call and follow up clearly.
• Organized and proactive; you track items, flag risks early, and follow through.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Salesforce, or similar GTM/documentation platforms.
• Active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements from kickoff to go-live across various accounts.
• Build and maintain onboarding project plans and customer-facing docs.
• Manage asset migrations from customers' platforms into Air.
• Design workspace/organization structures matching customer needs.
• Drive early feature adoption via training and enablement sessions.
• Run recurring onboarding syncs and document notes, items, and risks.
• Collaborate with CSMs on handoff as customers move to long-term success.
• Surface product feedback and blockers to internal teams.
