Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Onboarding Lead Administrator to manage onboarding activities for new hires and transfers, coordinating with hiring managers, IT, HR, and vendors. The role acts as a lead for the onboarding team, ensuring accurate processing, timely communication, and quality service.

The position sits in Irving, TX with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday and Wednesday). A strong focus on customer service, process improvements, and mentorship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's with 2 years of experience or an Associate with 4 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience leading/directing work of others.
• Ability to work on site in Irving, TX 2-3 times a week.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience interacting with customers in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and SME for the assigned customer group and onboarding administrators; communicate status and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Distribute work to Onboarding Administrators and monitor workloads.
• Lead and coordinate weekly meetings to ensure performance within agreed levels.
• Monitor schedules and time Onboarding Administrators take to ensure reasonable times.
• Train and assimilate new staff; retrain current staff as needed; document progress of competency.
