Job summary

7Crew Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth, organized introduction for new hires. You will work with the operations team to coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR processes.

The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work from our Lubbock, TX office, a designated location, or remotely from a home office based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of two years related HR/onboarding experience required.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding activities for new employees via our HRIS system.
• Communicate with new hires regarding the onboarding process via phone, chat, email, etc.
• Handle candidate inquiries with professional customer service.
• Complete Form I-9 and verify documentation.
• File documents in employee records within the HRIS system.
• Perform other onboarding duties as assigned.
