Job summary

Williams Lea by RRD is a global business support services company providing onboarding, integration, and administrative support across professional sectors. This role collaborates with firm administration, office and practice leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and successful hires.

The position covers onboarding execution, integration program management, data analytics and reporting, and drafting materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years minimum experience; hospitality, event management, and/or PM preferred.
• Proficient with webinar tech and Microsoft Office; CRM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports tailoring and executing the integration process for each new hire.
• Prepares integration materials, coordinates milestones and stakeholder check-ins.
• Coordinates onboarding activities, meetings, and pre-arrival tasks.
• Maintains onboarding checklists and related materials.
• Supports development and implementation of individualized integration plans.
• Gathers data and prepares leadership reports on milestones and outcomes.
