This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences while mentoring others along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Create a standardized project plan for each customer implementation (the majority of projects may be of complex/ultra‑complex nature).
  • Validate project scope, resource requirements, and timelines with customers, sales, and business owners.
  • Validate the plan's scope and associated time and resource estimates with supporting business owners, sales, and the customer.
  • Manage activity specified in the plan and monitor progress toward each milestone.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
  • Identify risk factors and contingency plans, communicate project status and critical risk factors to management and other stakeholders, and adjust as necessary.
  • Utilize client and IT documentation to define system configurations, product mixes, and service offerings.
  • Use information from the client, sales, operations, and IT to document the project's scope, specific requirements, operational processes, product mix, system configuration, and service offering to be implemented.
  • Develop and follow formal transition plans to move projects from the implementation phase to long‑term support teams.
  • Document lessons learned from each deployment to optimize future implementation frameworks.
  • Manage communication among stakeholders utilizing available tools to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress, risk factors, and required actions.
  • Participate and lead team mentoring initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, and share knowledge and lessons learned with assigned associate(s).
  • Work on special projects as needed as assigned by the senior leadership group.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
