Guaranteed Rate is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to deliver seamless onboarding and HR support in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, and managers to ensure accurate, compliant onboarding and data integrity across HR systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving to improve onboarding efficiency and the candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years HR Operations, HR Coordinator, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in mortgage/financial services industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced environments with competing priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
• Process new hires through the HRIS and prepare hiring-related documentation and communications.
• Coordinate candidate status, onboarding progress, and hiring updates with recruiters, managers, and HR partners.
