Job summary

UpdatePromise is seeking an Implementation Representative in Columbus, Ohio to train and onboard new clients across our product suite, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.

You'll travel across the country to manage accounts, build relationships, and translate data insights into practical training for service staff. An Associates degree or equivalent experience is required, and automotive industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication suitable for interactions with management at all levels.
• Ability to coach and train individuals in large groups effectively.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and proactive work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling and documentation.
• Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Training and servicing new clients on the full product suite.
• Follow-up support with existing clients after onboarding.
• Build meaningful industry relationships to retain and acquire clients.
• Travel nationwide to manage accounts and ensure success.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable training recommendations.
