Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to support employee onboarding and HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare and contact center environment. This role coordinates onboarding activities, manages employment documentation, and ensures new hires are prepared for employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, or admin experience required.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of onboarding procedures, I-9 compliance, and employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling and training coordination.
• Manage pre-employment requirements such as background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding documentation.
• Partner with IT to coordinate system access, equipment setup, email accounts, and onboarding tech needs.
• Coordinate offboarding activities including system access removal, equipment return, and exit documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees during onboarding and transition processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation within HR systems.
• Track onboarding/offboarding activities to ensure policy and security compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiting and hiring managers to support staffing readiness and timelines.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Respond to inquiries related to onboarding, HR processes, and access requests.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and administrative projects as needed.
