Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates resolving questions about policies and processes.
• Use case management to record and administer requests and assist other service center staff.
• Elevate complex inquiries to higher-level support when needed.
• Assist leadership in improving HR procedures and processes to meet goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information.
