A dynamic HR services provider is seeking an HR Professional to support the Onboarding Ambassador Team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 4 years of client-facing experience. This role involves facilitating effective onboarding processes, enhancing employee experience, and collaborating across HR teams. Strong communication skills and flexibility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates with PHR or SHRM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' HR client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of HR law and practices.
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations as the first contact for pre-hires and managers.
• Facilitate onboarding transactions, including I-9 processing.
• Provide advice and assistance for onboarding procedures and policies.
