Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track completion of pre-employment and onboarding documents.
• Maintain accurate onboarding rosters in real time.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires during preboarding and onboarding.
• Schedule start dates, preboarding checks, and readiness activities for Day 1.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders with welcome messages.
• Keep candidate information up-to-date in ATS and onboarding systems.
• Verify and manage new hire records in the HM portal.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure timely onboarding completion.
• Ensure onboarding complies with all legal and organizational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and drive improvements.
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting CBRE culture and values.
• Review candidate feedback to enhance onboarding outcomes.
