Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity.
• Experience with HR, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Experience working daily in applicant tracking and HRIS.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic organization.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer.
• Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires.
• Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires.
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline onboarding.
• Provide outstanding service to new hires by responding promptly to questions.
• Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to source development resources as needed based on requests from HR or managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
