Job summary

Remarcable is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager in Omaha, NE to guide new customers through setup and adoption of our cloud-based platform for electrical contractors and distributors. You’ll lead onboarding journeys, deliver hands-on training, and create scalable resources to help customers realize value quickly.

You’ll work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, gather feedback, and drive product improvements while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience OR 4+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or account management (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience or familiarity with the construction industry or construction technology is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, capable of leading sessions individually or in groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings without missing details.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding journeys – guide customers through setup and configuration for timely implementation.
• Train and empower – deliver product demos, onboarding calls, and group webinars for quick wins.
• Create resources – develop onboarding materials, training guides, and self-serve documentation.
• Be the customer’s go-to – act as primary contact during onboarding, addressing questions and issues.
• Collaborate across teams – work with Sales for handoffs and with Customer Success for transitions.
• Drive improvement – capture feedback to refine onboarding and influence product enhancements.
