Job summary

Avista Senior Living in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to own the end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple communities. You will guide new teammates from offer through their first 90 days, ensuring system access, orientation, and credentialing are in place.

Collaborate with Executive Directors, HR, and operations to maintain onboarding folders, track training, and report completion rates.

• Own end-to-end coordination of new employee onboarding across all Avista communities and positions — from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
• Prepare and distribute onboarding folders for every new hire, ensuring all documents are current and complete.
• Coordinate with Executive Directors and supervisors to confirm Day 1 readiness — system access, mentor, credentials, and orientation.
