Window Nation is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to own and improve the new-hire onboarding experience. This role blends hands-on administration, communication, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will help new hires succeed, identify gaps, and streamline workflows while partnering with managers and internal teams to enhance onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in HR operations, onboarding, or related roles with high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience from initiation to start date, ensuring requirements are completed on time.
• Monitor onboarding progress and address delays to keep hires on schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners to share progress and resolve requirements.
• Administer background screenings and other pre-employment requirements.
