Job summary

SpaceX in Memphis is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure new hires have high-quality social and developmental experiences. You will manage the onboarding program, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize processes across Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, and related systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in onboarding or HR, with the ability to travel up to 50% and relocation if not local to Memphis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of onboarding, learning and development, HR, or program management experience.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Experience leading projects from inception to implementation.

Responsibilities

Help manage and scale the company's domestic onboarding program.
Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs.
Partner with stakeholders to update new hire information on practices and policies.
Develop and understand onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse).
Track metrics to evaluate onboarding program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Assist in weekly orientation preparations.
Provide timely responses to employee questions.
Identify and implement positive onboarding experiences for new hires.
Collaborate with HR leadership to create onboarding resources for managers and leadership.
