Job summary

Responsibilities

Help manage and scale the company's domestic onboarding program.
Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs.
Partner with stakeholders across the company to update all new hire information.
Develop and understand onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.).
Track metrics to evaluate onboarding effectiveness and implement improvements.
Assist in weekly orientation preparations.
Provide outstanding service to customers by timely responses.
Identify and implement positive employee experiences for new hires.
Collaborate with HR leadership to create onboarding resources for managers and leaders.
