Job summary

Lassie is seeking a Deployment Strategist in San Francisco to guide hundreds of small businesses from signup to automated workflows. You will own customer health, set up agents, and drive change management to minimize churn and enable expansion.

You will help define customer success processes, build implementation and retention playbooks, and serve as the voice of the customer to align product and GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of accounts across the full customer lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding so practices implement Lassie Agent quickly and effectively.
• Conduct regular business reviews; identify churn risk and expansion opportunities.
• Build and refine implementation, account management, and retention playbooks.
• Provide structured feedback to product, sales, and marketing; influence roadmap.
