Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation for all new hires.
• Recruit, interview and hire Direct Care Worker (DCW) candidates.
• Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
• Teach CPR classes.
• Create new hire folders.
• Create new hire roster with training dates and background information.
• Complete ICHAT/OIG/SAM background checks.
