We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and mission-connected onboarding professional to serve as the primary point of contact for new team members through every step of the pre-hire and onboarding journey at IU Health Hospital – Fort Wayne. This is a newly created role making focus, ownership, and process essential for success.
