Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new team members through all pre-hire requirements: health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, I-9s, and more.
• Managing a high volume of onboarding activity with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communicating with candidates and hiring managers regarding start date changes and submitting required paperwork.
• Connecting candidates with hiring managers to facilitate a positive new team member experience.
• Responding to requests for assistance on new team member orientation day.
• Coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of activities in support of system Talent Acquisition teams.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding processes.
