Responsibilities

• Onboard new contractors by ensuring required forms and policies are current.
• Manage onboarding packets and drive candidate data through verification.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screens.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
• Provide excellent front-office customer service and reception.
• Order and organize office supplies and maintain paperwork.
• Deliver world-class candidate experience in all interactions.
