Job summary

Aerotek in Tampa is seeking a Field Operations Associate to manage onboarding packets, background checks, and vendor documentation. You will ensure compliance with client requirements and support daily front-office operations and customer service.

The role includes coordinating drug tests, E-Verify compliance, office organization, and a focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred and team experience valued.

Qualifications

• Experience handling onboarding forms, policies and documents with Compliance teams.
• Maintain contractor data and packet statuses through onboarding to start date.
• Process background checks, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements and document validity.
• Provide front office customer service and manage office operations and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding packets and client requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter and track background checks, drug tests and medical screenings for contractors.
• Maintain contractor compliance data and update status until clearance to start.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in person, over the phone, and at reception.
• Organize office supplies, mailing, shipments and document filing.
