Job summary

Aerotek in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Field Operations Associate to support onboarding, compliance, and front-office functions. You will handle pre-employment requirements, background checks, drug screens, and contractor records to ensure a smooth start for candidates.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and compliance with E-Verify. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and English/Spanish bilingual skills are welcomed in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience is preferred.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage onboarding packets and update the Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents,expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception).
• Order, maintain and organize office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
