Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support the Strategic Resourcing and Services, Consulting, and Engineering teams within Talent Acquisition. You will partner with Sales, Program Management, Legal, and other departments to manage candidate onboarding, from document completion to background checks and drug screens.

This role requires collaboration across internal teams to ensure compliance and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
• Solid understanding of benefits, policies, and procedures
• Executive level interface experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask in high volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, databases and ATS systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, independent, creative, resourceful, and execution-oriented
• Working knowledge of vendor management & background verification systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Resource Management, Partner Management, Sales and other key stakeholders to streamline onboarding.
• Manages and completes the full onboarding process end-to-end, including background requirements and onboarding packages across client vendor systems.
• Guides candidates through every step of onboarding from document completion to drug screening and client requirements.
• Manages data in vendor management systems to provide candidate information and start dates.
• Reviews and manages contracts and MSAs to identify pre-screening requirements and compliance.
• Maintains data accuracy in vendor management systems and supports reporting for stakeholders.
