World Wide Technology seeks a Safety Coordinator to join its Global Safety Program, focusing on Corporate and Services Safety while supporting Supply Chain needs. The role requires proactive, autonomous work, strong communication, and the ability to balance compliance with business needs.

The candidate will develop and maintain safety plans, conduct training, support audits, and analyze incidents, driving a culture of continuous improvement and a “Safety Always” mindset across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety roles.
• Ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of Safety Always and act as a safety resource.
• Participate in development and maintenance of safety plans and training content.
• Conduct safety training for employees at all levels as required.
• Assist in safety audits, inspections, and incident analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Maintain and manage safety data, inspections, and related documentation.
