Job summary

RiseMe in Texas is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the full onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance through start. You will coordinate documentation, background checks, and credential verifications, serving as the primary contact for new hires.

This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding experience, maintain accurate electronic files, and provide timely status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in onboarding, recruiting, HR, or admin support.
• Experience in healthcare staffing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure documentation.
• Track tasks and follow up with candidates regarding items.
• Maintain onboarding records in HRIS and ATS.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Support audits and reporting.
