KVC Health Systems – Olathe, KS is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Corporate Shared Services team. You will manage high-volume onboarding and compliance for 200+ new hires annually, ensuring a smooth, compliant start for each employee from day one.

This hybrid role requires ADP onboarding experience, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous records management, and the ability to navigate audits and licensing requirements with integrity and discretion.

Formación

• Onboarding and compliance tasks for 200+ hires annually.
• Experience with ADP onboarding and I-9 processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the New Hire Experience from offer to first days.
• Verify confidential information including background checks and medical docs.
• Utilize ADP for onboarding processing and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as liaison between new hires, managers, and HR leaders.
• Support audits and licensing compliance for existing staff.
• Prepare monthly reporting including DOL reports and motor vehicle checks.
• Assist in verifications and general HR administrative tasks.
