Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Onboarding and Learning Support Specialist focused on onboarding and new hire experience. You’ll own I-9 workflows, administer referrals, and ensure regulatory compliance across the full post-offer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with recruiters, HR COEs, and vendors to manage logistics and documentation, while driving process improvements and automation opportunities. This onsite role supports Day One readiness and compliance.”

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an admin role such as HR ops, onboarding, compliance support, or customer service.
• Experience processing I-9s and working with remote agent workflows and compliance escalations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience managing logistics for high-volume tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using a ticketing or case management system such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own full I-9 workflow for new hires and ensure compliance across onboarding activities.
• Manage onboarding logistics, documentation routing, and case escalations.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR COEs to deliver Day One readiness.
• Support automation opportunities and continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
• Serve as Tier 2 resolver within ServiceNow for onboarding-related cases.
