Responsibilities

• Take a front-line role guiding new Georgia Tech employees through onboarding.
• Own and manage the pre-employment process and statuses.
• Initiate background checks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide updates on clearance status to hiring managers and hires.
• Support I-9 processes for staff, facilities, temps, affiliates, and students.
• Verify IDs and upload documentation to Equifax Compliance Center.
• Notarize documents as appropriate.
• Share information on benefits, events, parking, and IDs.
• Complete direct-hire forms for various entry types.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
