Job summary

HTU in Madison, WI is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure all pre-employment requirements are current and validated with Compliance.

You will manage onboarding packets, drug tests, background checks, and contractor data; maintain the Candidate Tracker and ensure timely clearance to start.

This role emphasizes front office service, organization of supplies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience, with a starting hourly rate of $20.19 and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance.
• Manage onboarding packets, authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening for contractors.
• Ensure contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide front office customer service via telephone and reception.
• Order, organize office supplies, mailings, and filing.
• Deliver world-class candidate service to ensure a quality experience.
